The Škrabec Homestead is a boutique display of local history and the past, as well as its continuance into present times.
The commendably renovated 200-year old homestead invites you to bestow your attention to the memory of the here-born linguist Father Stanislav Škrabec, to view the authentically preserved home decor, learn about wood as a first-class material, enjoy the aesthetics of design and artistic creations of top Slovenian artists – in tranquil peace that pervades the everyday of village life.
A guided tour of the homestead takes about half an hour.
We can also take care of small and larger scale gastronomic treats by prior arrangement and according to your wishes.
